Turnaround

As all our products are custom made to your requirements, it takes a little longer to get your order manufactured and ready for dispatch.  We aim to get your order ready for dispatch within 7-10 working days provided all components in stock.  If you require something more urgently, please Contact Us and we'll see if we can help.

Shipping
We offer a range of shipping methods from Royal Mail.  We now only ship using signed for or trackable services.

We ship worldwide!  All non-UK orders will be shipped by the postal service.  Courier service may be provided on special request.  Most deliveries take around 2 weeks but will be dependant on the postal and customs service.

International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  We do not make any profit from postage and handling costs.

Delays
If we encounter an issue and this will result in a delay in you receiving your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the situation.  You will be entitled to cancel your order should the delay be unacceptable to you.
